To guide you at the right training intensity, EceTempo uses the health data listed below. Health data is a special category of personal data under the law.
What: Heart rate, resting heart rate and workouts read from Apple Health; and the values you enter: age, maximum heart rate, clinical exercise test values and perceived-effort ratings.
Why: to calculate your personal heart-rate zones, give you real-time haptic guidance on your wrist during workouts, and save your completed workouts to Apple Health.
Where: only on your iPhone, your Apple Watch and in Apple Health. VIVARDIQ Health Informatics Ltd does not receive this data on its servers, does not share it with third parties or transfer it abroad, and does not use it for advertising.
Withdrawing consent: you can withdraw your consent at any time in Settings > Privacy > Health data consent. The guidance features will then stop working; processing that happened before is not affected.
